All sales are final once the plant has been picked up and inspected.

We encourage all buyers to review their plant at the time of pickup to ensure satisfaction. We are happy to answer questions and provide guidance during pickup.

Plants are living items and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. These do not affect overall health and are considered normal.

Orders must be picked up within an agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged. If a buyer is unresponsive or fails to coordinate pickup, the order may be canceled.
